Certificates are not Showing under "Single Sign-on Signing Certificates" tab for the Web Single Sing-on Identity Provider Partner (Doc ID 2467036.1)

Weblogic server is configured with SAML2 to be used as Service Provider (SP). SAML2.0 Web Single Sing-on Identity Provider Partner has been created in the Weblogic server and the Metadata from Identity Provider Partner (IDP) Gigya is imported successfully. However when navigating to the "Single Sign-on Signing Certificates" tab, no certificates are listed.


The IDP metadata has the following section showing the certificate included:
