Connection Errors When Multiple Mapviewers Connecting To Database (Doc ID 2467178.1)

Symptoms

When connecting more than one Mapviewer to the database getting the following error is seen in the mapviewer log:

-> SEVERE: Cannot obtain connection for data source: <source name>. Max connection limit reached?

The mapviewer versions in use:
- 12.2.1.3
- 11.1.1.7.3
