Symptoms

In the cluster customer notices task backlog keeps on increasing when user is running some of their batch jobs. During the time clients are facing the TimeOutException at their end and the thread dumps on the cache servers look regular but not shown a valid concerns. The logs are with the below exceptions and unhandled NPE causing the TCP proxy service termination.
