Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks issue of Compute node status shown incorrectly as 'Power: Off' is seen from EMOC BUI console even though the Compute node is actually UP.

Below is screenshot from EMOC BUI as an example which shows Compute node status as 'Power: Off'.
