SOA: Rest Service Invocations Are Failing With WSMException: GenericFault Error Message (Doc ID 2468287.1)

Symptoms

There is a SOA composite which calls Rest Service. The issue is first time composite sends request to REST service and is able to receive response without any issue, but subsequent requests, composite is unable to send the request and failing with the below error message:
