Goal

When configuring Elasticsearch in WebCenter Portal for WebCenter Content Searching, there is a field titled "Configuration URL". The Tooltip help for the field indicates to enter:

"File/HTTP URL of the configuration file"

Is it possible to enter a local file in this field instead of the URL of the configuration file in the WebCenter Content?
