When a user password is expired and user tried to login to a protected application, they are redirected to OIM login page instead of the first login page. If the user provides the username and password on the OIM login page, they are presented with the password change page as expected.
If the protected application that is initially accessed is the identity console, then the flow is the expected one, without being challenge with OIM login page.

Changes

By default, the /identity/faces/firstlogin resource is protected with an OIMScheme which is a level 1 LDAP scheme. In the customer's case, this resources has been unprotected (PUBLIC).
