User Applet "Define Filter" Functionality Does Not working

Symptoms
When filtering on fields in the user admin applet the following error is received.
Caused by: intradoc.data.DataException: !csDbUnableToCreateResultSet,SELECT Users.* FROM Users
WHERE ((Revisions.dUserAuthType LIKE 'LOCAL' )) ORDER by dName!$[FMWGEN][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]The multi-part identifier "Revisions.dUserAuthType" could not be bound.
