Symptoms
A Webmethods Integration Server 9.12 application using Oracle JDBC driver 12.2.0.1 fails with the following error:
Unexpected Throwable logging audit event: java.sql.SQLException: [SoftwareAG][Oracle JDBC has timed out.
At the same time the database alert log shows:
Fatal NI connect error 12170.
