Oracle Access Manager 11g (OAM 11.1.2.3.x) OHS Web Server Core Dumps after Deploying OAM 11g WebGate (Doc ID 2470527.1)

Symptoms

OHS does not start after installing webgate and produces a coredump

Error in OHS log:

child process xxx still did not exit, sending a SIGKILL

caught SIGTERM, shutting down

child pid xxx exit signal Segmentation fault (11), possible coredump in /Middleware/Oracle_WT1/instances/instance1/config/OHS/ohs1
