FRM-10044 Error on Subsequent Attempts to Save or Generate a Form from the Forms Builder (Doc ID 2470658.1)

In the Forms Builder, open a form and click on Save, it saves fine. When you try to save again, the following error occurs:

FRM-10044: Cannot create file

Steps to reproduce:

User opens a form and tries to save the 1st time - this works
User tries to save the same form again without making any changes - this results in the error
Once the error occurs, user cannot save that form with or without changes anywhere else. User has to close the form.


 This was working fine until the FireEye Agent update was installed on developers' PCs.
