Symptoms


Webcenter sites 11.1.1.8.0, Oracle Database 11g UTF-8, Windows server 2012
weblogic 11g, users cannot view Chinese when log in Sites.

Changes

 newly installed Sites 11g .

startManagedWeblogic.cmd already added following:
-Djava.io.tmpdir="D:\wblogic\weblogic11g\user_projects\domains\fatwire_domain\servers\new_ManagedServer_1\tmp" -Dnet.sf.ehcache.enableShutdownHook=true
-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true %JAVA_OPTIONS%

setDomainEnv.cmd added the following:
set CLASSPATH= D:\wblogic\weblogic11g\wem\sites\bin;%CLASSPATH%
set CS_LIB_PATH=D:\wblogic\weblogic11g\user_projects\domains\fatwire_domain\CS\WEB-INF\lib
set PRE_CLASSPATH=%CS_LIB_PATH%\commons-lang-2.4.jar;%CS_LIB_PATH%\MSXML.jar;%PRE_CLASSPATH%
