Launching ODI Session Warns "Could Not Install Some Modules" (Doc ID 2471748.1)

Symptoms

Having Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c Studio installed on a server, and accessed from VNC.

When users try to connect more than three instances of ODI Studio in parallel through as many VNC sessions, using ./odi.sh...

... ODI gets connected successfully for the first three ports, but fourth port onward the starting of ODI Studio fails, and shows the following message:
