Running patch_oim_wls Script of OIM 12.2.1.3.180713 Bundle Patch Wipes Out the Permissions for Custom UI Task Flow (Doc ID 2472116.1)

Goal

After running the patch_oim_wls.sh of the OIM 12.2.1.3.180713 Bundle patch, it wipes all permissions added for custom UI task flows.

As a result none of the custom UI pages are opening now.

NOTE: In 12c, the two striped OIM and OracleIdentityManager were merged and it looks like all permissions in OracleIdentityManager stripe have been wiped off.
