Goal

WebLogic plugin for IIS version 12.2.1.3 was configured on Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) 2012 R2 using the iisproxy.ini file.
The WLLogFile parameter was set in the iisproxy.ini file as follow:

WLLogFile=<\path\to\directory>\inetpub\WLSPlugin.log

However, the log file is being created in c:\tmp, even when the DEBUG option is set to OFF.
