Upon some googling on SAP HANA errors, it seems to be from Unique key violation where the key already exists when the replicat is trying to insert the same key. Not sure of how we got into this situation but all we are trying to do is to convert that duplicate record into an update and to be applied with out discarding it. How this can be achieved?
