How to enable auditing for users in SOA Suite and Weblogic ?

We had SOA Suite 12.2.1.0.0. We want to understand what are different ways to do auditing for users. I had tried enabling auditing for security providers in my realm. But this creates huge log files which the environment cannot afford.

The purpose to ask this question is several users from DBA team can change the configuration at Weblogic, SOA, OSB, ESS, BAM, WSM, BPM layer. Now sometimes some issue arises and later found that some configuration is altered. This becomes a challenge to find who has done the changes.

If out of the box there is not feature for auditing then also please provide any third party tools which can do these.
