Any conversion that generates HTML with SVG fails to display in the browser if the conversion takes place on a server from a locale that uses a comma as a decimal separator.

This is confirmed on IE and Chrome, and is due to the values in tags formatted with commas for decimal separators.

Conversion with US settings.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open command prompt and start sample application C:\852\wv\sdk\samplecode\demoserver_nodejs>node demoserver.js
2. Point browser to http://localhost:8888/filebrowse.html.
3. Enter the directory containing the input files and click "Go".
4. Select the input file autodesk-autocad.dxf and view in the browser.

Next change the settings in the Windows Control Panel for Region and Language to:
Format: German (Germany)
Current Location: Germany

Repeat the steps above. Noting the image of the cup is not displayed like it was with US settings. Also note the differences in file autodesk-autocad.dxf.p1.html.

svg width="1055px" (US)
svg width="1055,000000px" (German)
