Symptoms

When the JMS Migration is set to Auto migration the migration happens successfully to the respective Migratable targets and after some time (in a minute or so) it again initiates and does the migration making the system unstable inturn making all the JMS Modules scattered and loosing all the transaction processing or inconsistency in persistent behaviour.

Even when switched to the Manual Migration same behaviour happens and can view it from the weblogic console.
