App Domain Idle Timeout Is Not Working - Session Remains Valid When Browser Is Refreshed (Doc ID 2474805.1)

Symptoms

You are getting HTTP 302 redirect after user inactivity for some time like 30 mins. If we hit refresh button the screen just refreshes i.e. the user session is still valid. Setting App Domain Idle Timeout to 0 or 60 minutes also doesn't help.
