Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual rack 2.0.6.4.0 issues of vServer creation, Template upload & Volume creation tasks failing from EMOC is seen. Below are symptoms and errors seen for failing tasks of vServer creation, volume creation and template upload.

vServer Creation Failure

When creating new vServer we see "java.lang.NullPointerException" popup error and no job gets submitted. Below error is seen in /var/opt/sun/xvm/logs/emoc.log file on EMOC EC1 Control vServer.
