On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Fabric
SOA & BPM: Error while starting soa-infra after upgrade of domain
Issue after new installation of the SOA domain (v. 11.1.1.7) with the BPM components.
SOA-INFRA application does not start, While trying to start it using weblogic console, getting the following error:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Cannot convert value of type [com.sun.proxy.$Proxy250 implementing oracle.bpel.services.workflow.verification.IVerificationService,org.springframework.aop.SpringProxy,org.springframework.aop.framework.Advised] to required type [oracle.bpel.services.workflow.verification.IVerificationService] for property 'verificationService': no matching editors or conversion strategy found
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install the SOA domain with BPM
2. Start the servers and check admin console to see soa-infra not started
3. Try starting it manually from admin console and see the error mentioned
