OIM Account Bulk Loaded Child Datas Are Not Automatically Prepended With ITreosuource Key (Doc ID 2475272.1)

Goal

Trying to bulkload account data into OIM and after the bulk upload, the child data such as rolenames/groups does not get prepended with ITresource Key.

For example: If the ITResource Key is 7, then the child role shows up as "CN=<NAME>,DC=<DOMAIN>,DC=com" and not as "7~CN=<NAME>,DC=<DOMAIN>,DC=com".

How to fix this issue?
