Sometimes notification email is generated without content and may have a corrupted xlsx file (Doc ID 2478433.1)

Symptoms

Randomly notification emails which are based on a Frevvo form will not have the frevvo image in them.

 

It may also include a corrupted xlsx file.  There will be no errors in the logs.  The only message you may notice if you enable trace logging on the oracle.soa.services.workflow logger is the following:

    Where you will notice that the "success=false"
