Symptoms

AnOracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3) session is sometimes dropped and the user is forced to re-authenticate before the expiration time of the session. For example, if the Session Lifetime is set to 720 minutes and the Idle Timeout is set to 240 minutes it would be expected that the user would not have to re-authenticate for at least 4 hours yet in some cases the user is getting redirected for authentication much sooner than that.
