Symptoms
After applying Jul PSU patch, WSAT function can't work normally on weblogic 12.2.1.3 with enabling ADF(JRF) domain.
WSAT back to work once removing Jul PSU patch 27912627. But Issue only impact ADF(JRF) domain. And issue doesn't occurred on Pure weblogic server with Jul PSU patch.
