Replicat creating additional row in the target table in Cascading replication environment.

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
If the trail contains an INSERT followed by a LargeObject record for a table with a LOB column, classic replicat applies as INSERT followed by a piecewise LOB write instead of one INSERT statement. 

This causes INSERT+Update records in Trail by Extract, which is processing the transaction applied by classic replicat.

It will cause additional row in target table if replicat process such trail using INSERTALLRECORDS parameter.
