Consumers/Subscribers Are Created Automatically For the Configured JMS Topic (Doc ID 2479901.1)

Symptoms

On server restart, observed that there are multiple consumers created automatically for "Topic" configured, out of which some consumers are Active and rest are in Inactive state.

This inactive consumers are consuming messages and all the message current count is increasing with time as this messages doesn't not any active destinations. Because of this, WLSTORE count is increasing.
