Symptoms

When running runIAMDeployment.sh command for LCM to configure OAM below error is observed

Access Server (MSAS) Configuration:
[exec] There were errors in configuring Mobile Security Access Server (MSAS) Instance.

MESSAGE=!DETAIL=Execution of configMSAS is unsuccessful.!BUILDFILE=common-misc-build.xml!LINENUMBER=108!

The following error occurred while executing this line:|<path>/Oracle_IDMLCM1/provisioning/provisioning-build/common-misc-build.xml:110:
Execution of configMSAS is unsuccessful.!BUILDFILE=<path>/Oracle_IDMLCM1/provisioning/provisioning-build/listener-build.xml!LINENUMBER=65!
