Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Content Server

Non-Admin User attempting to run CHECK_USER_CREDENTIALS raise error:    Event generated by user 'xxxx' at host 'xxx.xxx'. Unable to check credentials of user. User 'xxx' does not have sufficient privileges.

Changes

 Upgrade from 11.1.1.8 to 11.1.1.9
