Symptoms

Using WebCenter Portal (WCP) 12.2.1.3.181015.

Facing issues with the WebCenter Portal cluster while accessing WCP resources from one particular node.  The log is showing error:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Deploy clustered application
2. Access one of the cluster servers
3. Note the error in WCP Managed server logs
