Symptoms

After upgrading WebCenter Content: Imaging from 11.1.1.9.0 to 12.2.1.3.0, and migrating the 11g Imaging data to the latest version, an error occurs. The below error is logged when attempting to test a specific document.

intradoc.common.ServiceException: !csServiceDataException,IMAGING_PREVIEW_MIGRATION,QipmAnnotations!$
( 5:QipmAnnotations,**no captured values** )

The migration tool is being run against documents that have no annotations or supporting content associated to them.
