How to Append to Source Filename during Transfer to Target (Doc ID 2481729.1)

You need to append to Source filename during transfer to Target. You are aware that this can be done using SOA or OSB but the requirement is to do this in MFT.
There is a macro/variable %filename% that allows the filename to be included in an email notification. Does the same exist for the target filename?
