Tables Not Updated After LDAP Integration (Doc ID 2481854.1)

Goal

After integrating with LDAP, the following tables are not being updated as expected:

CheckOutInfo 
ActiveList 
WCS_AssetStatisticsTable 

Additionally, we can see that new checkouts save differently in the CheckOutInfo table depending on which UI is being used:

When checking out via the Admin UI, the CS_USERNAME column is populated with a username
When checking out via the Contributor UI, the CS_USERNAME column is populated with the full user dn.
