Symptoms
WebCenter Sites 12.2.1.3.0 , UCM 12.2.1.3.0.
In Sites-->Admin->Connector Admin--Configuration
Connector Configuration , enabled SitesIntegration Component
Input Server URL, press Test.
Error message appears: Unable to establish connection to the server. WCS Integration cannot run with alert: 'Index Collection needs to be synchronized, a full collection rebuild is required. Please rebuild the index collection.'
Then test in UCM URL, same error occurs:
<HOST>:<PORT>/cs/idcplg?IdcService=BUILD_SUGGESTIONS_INDEX
