Notification Emails Intermittently Contain "The task details is not available at this time..." with No Errors in the Logs OR Task Details May Be Missing Icons or Contain Corrupted Attachments (Doc ID 2482252.1)

Symptoms

Case1:

Intermittently email notifications do not show the task details and instead show a message with:

"The task details is not available at this time. Login to Workspace Application to view the details."


The SOA and OIM diagnostic logs do not show any errors.

Case2:

The task details are intact, but intermittently the icons in the task details page do not appear.

Case3:

In cases where attachments are included with the notification, the attachment may be corrupt.
