OAAM: How to Report/Monitor on All Users Logged into OAAM? (Doc ID 2482260.1)

Customer has 3rd party company managing their Help Desk who will be responsible for performing user resets in ARM. They would like to be able to identify what users on their Help Desk have logged in to the ARM application. Which reporting feature in OAAM or Weblogic helps to monitor the users logged into OAAM only? If there's no such readily available reports in OAAM, how to get this information from OAAM deployments?
