Symptoms

On WebCenter Portal (WCP) 12.2.1.3.181015.

WCP Elasticsearch incremental crawl is re-indexing all documents.

After running a full crawl of Portal documents and uploading some new documents after the crawl, if a manual crawl is performed, all documents are crawled again.

It would be assumed that the manual crawl would only crawl the new documents instead of performing a full crawl again.
