Prevent Self Certification Is Not Working When User Becomes Self Reviewer Due to Proxy (Doc ID 2483547.1)

Symptoms

Certification option "Prevent Self Registration" is not working for when a user becomes a self reviewer due to proxy.

Steps to reproduce:

User manager has a direct report employee1 who is also the manager's proxy.

 

 

Now create a user certification for employee1 making sure that the option Prevent self certification is checked and set the reviewer is the user's manager

 

 

Even after specifying Prevent self certification user employee1 got the certification sent to certify his/her own access
