Symptoms

OAM 11.1.2.3.180116: MDC ACTIVE-ACTIVE : Automated Policy Sync not working

Steps to reproduce

run the curl command to create the agreement

curl -u <ADMIN_USER:PASSWROD> -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -X POST 'http://<HOSTNAME>.<DOMAIN>:<PORT>/oam/services/rest/_replication/setup' -d '{"name":"MDC1to2", "source":"MDC1","target":"MDC2","documentType":"ENTITY","config":{"entry":{"key":"authorization","value":"BASIC d2VibG9naWM6d2VsY29tZTE==="}}}'

{"enabled":"false","identifier":"<IDENETIFIER_I","lastSequenceNumber":"0","ok":"false","pollInterval":"0","startingSequenceNumber":"<SEQUENC_NUMBER_VALUE>","state":""}

Check the status of the Primary, it looks ok:
curl -u <ADMIN_USER:PASSWROD> -H 'Content-Type: application/json' 'http://<HOSTNAME>.<DOMAIN>:<PORT>/oam/services/rest/_replication/<IDENETIFIER_I'

{"enabled":"true","identifier":"<IDENETIFIER_I","lastSequenceNumber":"<SEQUENC_NUMBER_VALUE>","ok":"true","pollInterval":"3600","startingSequenceNumber":"<SEQUENC_NUMBER_VALUE>","state":"ACTIVE"}

Check the status of clone/consumer, it is not working:

curl -u <ADMINUSER/PASSWORD> -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -X GET 'http://<HOSTNAME>.<DOMAIN>:<PORT>/oam/services/rest/_replication/<IDENETIFIER_I?type=consumer'

{"enabled":"false","identifier":"<IDENETIFIER_I","lastSequenceNumber":"0","ok":"false","pollInterval":"0","startingSequenceNumber":"<SEQUENC_NUMBER_VALUE>","state":""}

Use the clone node URL, also not working:

curl -u <ADMINUSER/PASSWORD> -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -X GET 'http://<HOSTNAME>.<DOMAIN>:<PORT>oam/services/rest/_replication/<IDENETIFIER_I?type=consumer'

{"ok":"false"}
