Symptoms

OAM 11.1.2.3.180116: MDC ACTIVE-ACTIVE : Automated Policy Sync not working

ConsumerReplicationAgreementProcessor] [SRC_METHOD: isValidMDCConfig] Error during Replication Agreement creation.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
run the curl command to create the agreement

curl -u oamadmin:password -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -X POST 'http://<HOSTNAME>.<DOMAIN>:<PORT>/oam/services/rest/_replication/setup' -d '{"name":"MDC1to2", "source":"MDC1","target":"MDC2","documentType":"ENTITY","config":{"entry":{"key":"authorization","value":"BASIC d2VibG9naWM6d2VsY29tZTE==="}}}'

Check the status of the master, it looks ok:
