Scenario Is Not Imported into ODI when Using Synonym Insert Import Mode (Doc ID 2484524.1)

Symptoms

The synonym INSERT import of Scenarios from one Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) environment to another ODI environment (destination) does not bring the Scenario into the destination environment, nor does it fail.

The import report shows an empty list in the "Imported Objects" section, and the Scenario itself is in the "Not Imported Objects", which proves that effectively, the Scenario has not been imported.

 

Upon verification, the destination environment does not contain any Scenario with same name and version as the one imported above.
