OAAM: Challenge Choice Not Showing 2nd Email Address? (Doc ID 2484562.1)

Customer setting up OTP with OAAM and have got so far as to enable Email and SMS without any problems. Now, we want to extend it to include 2nd Email address as a challenge option (Email2).

Customer is able to successfully gather the 2nd email address from the end-user during registration time.

However, during post-authentication time, when the challenge choice screen comes up, we are not able to show Email2 as an option there, although Email and SMS are shown as options in the same page.

Expected in Challenge Choice Page:


Followed the doc:

Not clear what to do to set Email2 as a valid challenge option.

I am attaching a doc to show what I have and what is working and what is not working.

Files Changes:

1) (This change reflected in the registration flow correctly)
4) process_challenge_results.rule

Did not help.

The registration worked fine; it was able to gather the end-users 2nd email address. But post-authentication, not working.
