OAAM: Challenge Choice Not Showing 2nd Email Address?

Customer setting up OTP with OAAM 126.96.36.199 and have got so far as to enable Email and SMS without any problems. Now, we want to extend it to include 2nd Email address as a challenge option.
Customer is able to successfully gather the 2nd email address from the end-user during registration time.
However, during post-authentication time, when the challenge choice screen comes up, we are not able to show <EMAIL2> as an option there, although Email and SMS are shown as options in the same page.
Expected in Challenge Choice Page:
The registration worked fine; it was able to gather the end-users 2nd email address. But post-authentication, not working.
