Symptoms

On Tuxedo 12.1.3: While booting TMJAVASRV, when TMJAVASRV server has MINDISPATCHTHREADS equal to 5 or more, the server won't start. The below error appears in the userlog: 

In contrast, if TMJAVASRV is given MINDISPATCHTHREADS=2, the server will start.
