Symptoms

 

Attempting to install the GoldenGate middleware firmware errors with the following;

/u01/OracleJava/jdk1.8.0_191/bin/java -jar fmw_12.2.1.2.0_ogg.jar

Default oraInst.loc (/etc/oraInst.loc) validation failed.
