IAM-4065011: Problem Revoking Account With Rejected Tasks After Applying Fix for Bug 27779926 (Doc ID 2485182.1)

Symptoms

After applying the patch containing fix for <Bug 27779926>, the users who have rejected task in a specific resource, OIM is not generating a new delete user task when revoking that specific resource for the user.

Error seen in the log:


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login into OIM
2. Go to Manage > Users > Select a user
3. Go to accounts and revoke a account for which there rejected task.
