Is it possible to change the order in which WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) will query a vendor from the VendorASSA pool?  For instance, allow the WFR Vendor Search to query the Vendor Tax ID, then narrow down those results to the available Sites for that particular Vendor?  Due to the poor recognition of Korean Invoices as well as other countries, there's a need to improve  the Vendor Search via Vendor tax ID.
