While migrating from OHS to ORDS, when running mod_plsql applications the numbers display with a comma (,) instead of a period (.) in the decimal separator and the dates are not correctly formatted.
Goal
Is there a way to set an equivalent to PlsqlNLSLanguage (i.e American_America.AL32UTF8) in ORDS to avoid the display incorrect formats or times?
