Symptoms

On IIS 8.5 WebLogic 12.2.1.3.0 Proxy Plugin fail to connect to access WebLogic using SSL connection, issue is not happening when Non-SSL is configure, the following error is seen when WLS Proxy debug is enable.

Changes

Change from NON-SSL to SSL between IIS and WebLogic.
