Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12c: How To Write A Identity Audit Rule Condition For Checkbox Attribute Of Process Form (Doc ID 2486785.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 08, 2023

Applies to:

Identity Manager - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When trying to provision any account which has checkbox field in the process form, checkbox field columns in UD_xxx table are getting stored as either 0 or 1. But while creating Identity Audit Rule Condition for checkbox Attribute of an Application Form, "true" or "false" boolean (instead of 0 or 1) has to be used for checkbox Attribute in Identity Audit Rule Condition.

For Example:

- Option is a checkbox attribute in the disconnected process form
(UD_DISAP1_OPTION Column in UD_DISAP1 table)

- If we use 0 or 1 as like below, Identity Audit Policy for the rule won't work as expected.

"appType[DisconnectedApp1].appInstance[DisconnectedApp1].account[*].Option" equal to 0 or 1
