ODI 12c Work Repository Connection Menu Is Read-only when Connecting with SUPERVISOR (Doc ID 2487014.1)

Symptoms

In an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1 environment, the database server information for Master/Work are changed, therefore it is required to setup connections for master / work repositories with the new JDBC URL in ODI Studio.

With SUPERVISOR user, using "Master Only" Mode, when trying to access connection information window for the work repository in ODI Topology -> Repositories -> Work Repositories -> <REPO_NAME> is not working. "Connection" icon button (located in the upper-left corner of the Work Repository screen) is read-only.

ODI Studio > Help > About > Version shows a certified JDK1.8.0_191.

Clearing the ODI Studio cache doesn't fix the issue.
